Terms of Service
Terms for using the TallMax educational height information tool.
Acceptance
By using TallMax, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Educational Information Only
TallMax provides a family target height range, a CDC stature-for-age percentile, and an observed growth velocity when sufficient measurements are available. These outputs are educational estimates and population references. They are not a diagnosis, a medical device result, treatment advice, or a guarantee of future or adult height.
Do not delay or replace professional care because of a TallMax result. If TallMax displays a safety notice, or if you have concerns about growth, health conditions, medication, or hormones, consult a pediatrician or another qualified healthcare professional.
Eligibility and Inputs
The MVP supports people being assessed from 13 years 0 months through 17 years 11 months. A parent or guardian may complete an assessment only for a person in that range. Unsupported ages and unknown birth dates must not proceed to measurement questions.
You are responsible for entering measurements accurately. The family target calculation requires the biological mother's and biological father's heights and the male or female reference used by the published formula and CDC data. If those inputs are unavailable or unsuitable, TallMax cannot generate the complete core report.
Local Data
Assessment answers are processed in the browser. Saving progress is optional and limited to 24 hours in localStorage. You are responsible for deciding whether a device is private enough for local saving and for clearing data when appropriate.
No Accounts or Payments
The TallMax MVP does not require an account, email address, subscription, credits, or payment. Core results are not hidden behind a lock, sharing requirement, or payment wall.
Acceptable Use
Do not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, use it unlawfully, or present TallMax output as a clinical diagnosis or guaranteed prediction.
Availability and Liability
TallMax may be changed, interrupted, or withdrawn. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties and we are not liable for decisions made in place of qualified medical advice or for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service.
Changes and Contact
We may update these terms as the product changes. The date above identifies the current version. Questions may be sent through the contact channel published on the TallMax website.
