Privacy Policy

Scope

This policy covers the TallMax height information tool for people aged 13–17. TallMax provides educational information, not medical diagnosis or treatment.

Assessment Data

Your birth date, sex reference, height measurements, biological parent heights, safety-screening answers, and optional wellbeing answers are processed in your browser. The TallMax MVP does not send these answers to our servers, place them in URLs, or include them in analytics events.

TallMax does not ask for a name, email address, account, payment information, precise location, free-text medical history, or medication names during an assessment.

Optional Local Saving

Assessments stay in memory by default and disappear when the page is refreshed. If you choose “Save on this device for 24 hours,” TallMax stores the assessment in your browser's localStorage with a 24-hour expiration time. Local browser storage is not encrypted and may be accessible to other people who use the same browser profile.

You can disable saving or use “Clear my data” at any time. Expired, invalid, or incompatible saved records are removed when TallMax next reads them.

Analytics and Third Parties

The MVP analytics adapter is disabled by default. TallMax assessment pages do not load third-party analytics, sign-in prompts, customer-service widgets, or advertising scripts. If a privacy-reviewed first-party analytics receiver is enabled later, events may describe funnel steps only; they must not contain answers, age or age category, sex, measurements, health-risk responses, free text, or an assessment identifier.

Unsupported Ages

If the person being assessed is under 13, 18 or older, or their full birth date is unknown, TallMax ends the flow before requesting measurement or safety-screening information.

Security and Limitations

TallMax uses browser and response-level safeguards designed to limit unintended disclosure. No device or browser storage method is completely secure. Avoid saving an assessment on a shared or public device.

Changes

We may update this policy when the product or its data practices change. The date above identifies the current version. Cloud saving, accounts, payment, email, or additional third parties require an updated policy and separate user notice before they are introduced.
